Lyba Khan, PA-C

Primary Care Provider

Meet Lyba Khan, PA-C. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a bachelor’s degree in bioinformatics with a concentration in biological and genomic studies and double minor in biology and chemistry. For clinical experience she worked as an ophthalmology technician, and medical assistant in internal medicine, urgent care, and pediatrics. In her free time she likes to travel wit her husband. She joined the Vita team in the beginning of 2026.

Lyba Khan is a dedicated primary care provider who believes that great healthcare begins with listening. She takes the time to understand each patient’s concerns, health history, and individual goals, with an emphasis on preventative care and long-term wellness. Lyba provides comprehensive care for adults and children. She values building lasting relationships with her patients and looks forward to partnering with them in their healthcare decision journey.
