Vita Family Medicine was founded in Leesburg in 2016 with a simple belief: primary care should be personal, accessible, and centered around the needs of each patient.

As a family medicine practice, we have the privilege of caring for patients of all ages - from newborns, children, and adolescents, to adults and geriatric patients. By getting to know our patients and their families over time, we can better understand their health history, recognize changes, and provide thoughtful, individualized care.

We provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care, including preventative and wellness visits, acute and sick care, chronic disease management, and a variety of in-office services and procedures. When specialty care is needed, we help our patients navigate the next steps and coordinate their care.

We offer a convenient location in Leesburg, close to home, as well as the local pharmacies, specialists and hospital centers.
